Fall is in the air...new clothes, anyone?

 So today, not only was it the last day of August, but it was pretty chilly. My summer dress was hidden under a sweater all day and it got me thinking....I need new clothes! Now, if you're anything like me, you think this all the time, but really, when a season changes it's time to shop.

Problem is, I'm on a budget. There were days when I went shopping with nary a second thought about it, bought whatever I saw, then resurrected it months (or in some cases years) later, with tags still attached. Do I miss those days? Sometimes, but not really. I've actually discovered it can be fun shopping for bargains. I love Lucky magazine, I check out TJ Maxx and Marshalls whenever I can, and I've found some great deals online. The result -- I'm getting great clothes for a fraction of the cost of fancy brands, and I'm actually wearing them!

Do I still itch for a pair of Jimmy Choos? Sure. But I know they're coming. For now, I'll keep my eye out on the bargain racks. Maybe the shoe angel just finished marking down a pair.
