And if someone really gets me going on a good laugh, my eyes start to tear up and my stomach muscles start to ache. This got me thinking about laughter and simply smiling, and what are the benefits:

Laughter and smiling affects our bodies in the most positive of ways! I am convinced it is a form of EXERCISE when properly taken to the stomach ache extremes ;-) Laughing and smiling more at yourself, at others (not in a mean way, of course) and with others immediately enhances your general well-being on a day-to-day basis!
