Words I live by: "Don't be 'this'. Don't let them define you. If you catch yourself fitting into a definition, contradict it. Never travel a single road."
- The Rebbe

I can't live without: My family and my home, chocolate, tequila, sunshine, books, a great meal cooked by someone else, my porch swing, yoga, my morning cup of coffee, Ambien and my computer.

I am most proud of: Earning my Bachelors in Creative Writing at 40 years old!

I am most guilty of: Losing patience with those I love.

The world would be a better place, if only: we had more patience and tolerance.

Slogan: Insanity is hereditary; you get it from your children. Sam Levenson

About Me: While pursuing my degree in Creative Writing at UC Riverside in California, I have spent my idle time as a wife, homemaker and stay-at-home-mom to two kids, (home-schooling one of them), work the family business part-time, work in educational publishing part-time, keep up the property as the dogs destroy it, and volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader. I recently discovered writing as a way to stay sane, or maybe it has the opposite effect; I'm not quite sure which it is yet.
