Yes, Drunk Little Asian used to have a good time. She used to dance on chairs, fling her bra about, and hussle grown men at pool games. Alas, she is too old to do that anymore at age 29, on the edge of 30.
But at a wedding this weekend, when I got trashed, I was at the hotel bar, and I'm not sure how, but I got all the people at the bar to know my name. When I left, they cried out in a chorus, "Celena, we'll miss you!" And I yelled back, "Yes, people always say that when I go."

This past weekend, the hubs (or, husband) and I headed West with a few great friends to spend some quality time in the mountains (Morganton, NC). We had grand plans of hiking, reading, running and ATVing. P.S. Is that a word? We had visions of sitting on the wrap around porch rocking back and forth in our glider, sipping morning coffee, comparing our bed head and watching the sun rise. We had big dreams of waking up early to prepare our boys with fruit and walnut french toast, Canadian bacon and cheese-smothered eggs.
