About Me: I live in the Atlanta area with my husband and three girls, all of whom like to start trouble. My essays have appeared in print and online publications including skirt!, Catholic Parent, Mamaphonic, Hip Mama, The Mothers Movement Online, VerbSap, and MotherVerse, among many others. In addition to my personal blog, She Started It, I am a former contributor to the group blog, Dot Moms. I also write a bimonthly column for mamazine on raising multicultural children, regularly review books for MotherTalk, and have a forthcoming essay in the anthology, Call Me Okasaan: Adventures in Mothering Across Cultures, to be published in May 2009.
