Although Glazed Gourmet Doughnuts, their King Street doughnut bakery, is only in its infancy, the shop has been getting rave reviews and leaving Mark and Allison to keep up with demand. Locals love their inventive flavors like The Purple Goat and Maple Bacon, but you can’t go wrong with a well-loved glazed. 

Mark: “This has been a true test of our relationship. If we can collaborate and work together effectively at 3am, everything else seems trivial.”

Allison: “We say all the time that this would never work if we were both trying to play the same role. Without his computer and business expertise, and my baking knowledge, the business could not run. We both have to support each other.”
