About Me: I have been on the planet now for 40 years and it is my mission and life's purpose to use my mind, body and spirit as one to love and honor myself the way God does. As a practicing social worker for over 18 years, I have had the opportunity to touch the lives of thousands of individuals and while rewarding as it may be, it is not all that I am. I have elected to take a much needed sabbatical from my work and embark on a journey to rediscover balance, creativity and spirituality. At the end of my resting period, I intend to come away with renewed energy, a refreshed spirit and a plan for the next phase of my career. Keep coming back to read my blog to learn more about me and my life.
