Reunited
By shelomita, Saturday, June 26, 2010It's 9 p.m. already when I decided to open my facebook just to see what's happened. It has been a while I did not update my account. As I opened, I saw some friends were talking about reunion. Our college reunion. Instantly I could imagine how the situation would be. I could here musics were being played loudly and the dome was full with human. They have grown up already, more mature but the college signature party will remain in every individual blood.
I could imagine as the night got older, more people were coming, the crowds were not only inside the dome but also outside. People start singing, dancing, drinking and the smokes spreaded like fogging. I missed that ambience. I almost wished that I were there. It should be fun to see our friends again. Catching up what's new and memorizing the college time. Dressing up and tried to stay pretty till the last drop of jack daniel. Although by that time, my hair might have been messy, sweatty and reddish face a little bit out of breath for happily dancing.
Yeah, it would have been fun to at least touch the old time memory again. Even just a little bit. But as I saw next to me my two little angle were sleeping peacefully, I smiled. The reunion might have a great temptation, but my precious moment was with my two beautiful sons. Their moment of truth was pricer than some loudly song and dirty dance.
