viewsMy life now
By shea.p, Saturday, January 9, 2010, 2 commentsI often imagine my life happening out there somewhere. It's happening right now in this moment. I made a salad for lunch. I have rice waiting on the stove. Three roommates just walked in with groceries and I'm waiting for the 4th to join me for Avatar. I'm getting a cold. I just realized while I type that I have my mothers hands and I'm still in my work clothes. I hate my work clothes. I'm more impressed with people who can live life now because I'm so terrible at it. So, this is life now.

Shake down...
Shea P- Don't you think often that we writers(whether we really consider ourselves that or not? ) , by the necessity of our craft, live in our heads, and when we live in our heads, sometimes we miss what is happening in the real (physical) world? At least, that is how I feel... Sometimes, I have to get out and do something SO physical, that shakes me back to reality, back to the physical experience of life...PS I hate work clothes, too
