More about Me: Before taking a "mommy break' and moving to Montreal, my life consisted of moving around, working hard at the rockstar-thing. I was born in Europe, raised in Belgium and Africa, moved to the US for college (music) and married an Angelino (those Los Angeles natives). I can usually be found dancing around my apartment or in the park. Not because I like dancing (though I do), but because for the past 2.5 years I've had to rock a baby or two. In between rocking and bouncing, my friends accuse me of preaching about green products, the environment, feminism, and middle ground parenting. Since I'm no good at being the perfect Betty Draper/Julia Child, I blog at "Mama la Mama"

I am most proud of: My husband's will to get a good job once we had kids (note: he had none before, or before before!), in 2 years he went from nothing to creative director of a multimedia company and we're all relying on him!
Also, I'm EXTREMELY proud of my VBAC! hehe
I am most guilty of: Everything, I'm a mother, it's always my fault! Don't you know!?
The world would be a better place, if only: -Temperatures below freezing hadn't been invented.
-Cars weren't equal to a man's macho level.
-We hadn't the need to consume so much!
Words I live by: Apparently: poop, vomit and spit... Occasionally I like to think of myself living my words such as "empathy", "compassion", "helpful" etc, but really, I only live by the first 3 right now, or should I say "prevent and clean up: poop, vomit and spit"!
