love is lucky, especially on your B-Day

Mom and Dad called and sang Happy Birthday to me!

My brother, his wife, and their three kids called and sang Happy Birthday to me!

My son, who is in Seattle in the Army, and his wife and their 4 year old son called me and told me all of the latest details of life and sent their love and wished me Happy Birthday.

Several people send me a Happy Birthday message on Facebook, including my niece and stepson. Thank you, Sarah and Stephen!

Today, I saw both of my children, both of my grandchildren (they’re two year old twins), and my husband...everyone in my life that I love.

How Lucky I am that I can celebrate my life with the love from the most important people in my life. How Lucky I am to have parents who are both ALIVE...and stil married 52 years later and still are talking to me and still love me.  Wow!

Love is Lucky. Lucky is a capital word in my home.

I can only wish all teh readers at Skirt! love and luck...and wishes to celebrate their lives and birthdays with the loves in their life.

You don't look a day over 30 in your pict! (I secretly hate you for that.) There's nothing like having a group of loved ones sing to you (usually off key) and being remembered by those who you really care if they remember you.
