My Haitian mother once quoted a saying from her teacher in university, ‘Affair du lit reste au lit”. Which means, ‘affairs of the bed should remain in bed’. My now ex boyfriend felt it appropriate to talk dirty to me in front of his friend. I was so embarrassed. I told him how I felt and expressed my anger and dissappointment in him- a 37 year old man with the mind of a 13 year old. He defended himself and tried to justify his behavior. I was fed up with him and his ways after dating him for nearly 5 months and broke it off immediately. Ladies, take no disrespect from NO MAN!!!
