Common Sense Health

Sitting hear trying to figure out what to write for my first blog.  I am truly amazed and take for granted that people understand what to do about there health on a preventative level or when things go sour.  What I see as common sense is not necessarily what others percieve.

So what does that mean to you?  As a  Registered Nurse and Natural Health Professional lets explore what you want to receive  from these blogs.  What is importatnt to you?  What do you want to hear about?

I am so looking forward to your blog. I'm particularly interested in fitness and ways to treat illnesses (especially Lupus and the crap that comes along with it) naturally through movement and nutrition. Can't wait to read future posts.
