


Sitting hear trying to figure out what to write for my first blog. I am truly amazed and take for granted that people understand what to do about there health on a preventative level or when things go sour. What I see as common sense is not necessarily what others percieve.

I'm glad to see you've started the blog. I think fitness and nutrition are always important to women. Anxiety and depression are great subjects too, especially since many of us tend to be embarrassed to talk about it. So keep writing!

I am so looking forward to your blog. I'm particularly interested in fitness and ways to treat illnesses (especially Lupus and the crap that comes along with it) naturally through movement and nutrition. Can't wait to read future posts.
