Commercial Cleaning

On Sundays I do commercial cleaning.  I sit down on the couch, Schatze, my four-legged child cozies up next to me and I turn on the DVR. 

I record my favorite T.V. shows all week, so I scroll down the list to Monday choose a show and hit play.  The show begins, I get all engrossed in the storyline and then it breaks for commercial.

I yell “commercial”.

Schatze jumps up, I jump up and begin dusting the entertainment center.  A few minutes pass and I’m just able to finish the entertainment center and the commercial break is over.

I yell “back on”.

Schatze jumps back up on the couch, I sit down next to him and we begin to watch again.

A little while later.....”commercial”.

Schatze jumps up, I jump up and start on the window panes to the back door.

“Back on”. 

Schatze jumps back up on the couch, I sit down next to him and we watch.

This continues pretty much all day.  I get to be lazy and accomplish tons at the same time.  The only downside is Schatze doesn’t get to nap on Sunday’s.  He probably is so glad to see Monday’s and me going back to work!
