I'd rather walk barefoot through the snow than wear these!

Just when I thought it wasn't possible to hate Crocs any more, I saw these:

One of my friends and loyal blog readers sent me a link to dlisted.com which featured the hellacious boots above. The Website's headline says it all "These Belong In Hell".  Except I don't think Hell would even accept Crocs with fur.  I do believe even Satan has more style than that.

As you know I've been on a one-woman crusade to rid the planet of these poor excuses for shoes, and now it appears I need to step up my mission.  It's horrific enough I have to see Crocs nearly year round here in Tampa because it's warm most of the year.  But now I have to see them in the winter.  For the record I would rather walk through the snow barefoot than even try a pair of these fugly furry things on.

And don't even get me started on these:

If it's cold enough to need fur lining, wouldn't you need regular boots? I think these are even more ridiculous than the women I see wearing UGGs with short-short skirts in 70+ degree weather.  So ladies and gentlemen, please do me a favor.  If you're even tempted to purchase a pair of these atrocities, do not pass go and do not collect $200!  And no, they won't be cute on your children.  It's downright child abuse.

Stylishly yours,
Miss Attitude

P.S.  If you tell me you own Crocs boots already, I will head straight to your house and destroy them.

And here I had ya thinking you liked me...

Oh LAWD I hate being on Ms. Amy's sh** list and, now, yours... but dang it, I want a pair of those boots! lol. They are puhlenty comfy and who gives a rip whether they're adorable or not. They stay dry when I need 'em to and don't stain. Up on the mountaintop (where, incidentally, there are no fashion gurus... or even deer... keeping count), they're PERFECT! Now... where can I order? ;-) "Trust Life's unfolding..."

Just say no!

You'll still know they're fugly! Deer or not! LMAO

me too

I fully support your quest to eradicate what we call "clown shoes" ... life's too short to wear ugly shoes!

Thank you, thank you!

Someone with sense.. fashion sense!

They may not always be pretty to look at but Crocs are plenty practical. Case in point. Soccer game Saturday. Cleats worn on the field then post game slip them and the shin guards off, slide into crocs to avoid the whining that ensues with putting on tennis shoes, and run into post game McDonald's where the crocs are nicely slipped off for (somewhat) sanitary playground use.

Trading practical for stylish makes life easier. It makes stylish even better because it's not something you get every day.

Still saying no

While I have no soccer game experience, I assure you there is no situation where I'd find Crocs acceptable. What's wrong with those soccer flip flops? They slip on easily too. And while not the height of fashion, definitely not as atrocious.

Ohhhh, they look sooooo

Ohhhh, they look sooooo comfy, but I couldn't wear them! I could not. I need heels, heels, heels!! I need Choos, Choos, Choos! I need height, height, height. :)

I'd rather walk barefoot through the snow than wear these!

Choos definitely win

There you go.. get those Choos;)
