More about Me: People don't believe me when I tell them I'm an introvert. Teaching a group of people how to stand in Mountain Pose and mingling with strangers at a party are two entirely different things.

I can't live without: My laptop, a few of my favorite books, my journal and my guitar. A few close friends and a couple bottles of red (to share!) are necessities as well.

I am most proud of: My resilience and ability to land on my feet.

I am most guilty of: The occasional bout of sloth-dom. Not going to the gym nearly as much as I threaten to.

Words I live by: I have the courage to tell the story of who I am with my whole heart.

The world would be a better place, if only: We recognized one another for the brothers and sisters that we are.

Interests: I love art and in my spare time work on mixed media projects. During the 1990's I was an exhibiting artist but these days my visual art is for me. I'm currently working on a found object sculpture with the themes of memory, time and truth.
