Words I live by: "Pretty is as pretty does" I dont know if it's a southern saying or just something the women in my family say to each other when we are acting "ugly". Either way it means that you can only truly be beautiful by acting that way first.

About Me: I am a real-life southern farmer's daughter and a natural redhead to boot. You can imagine the craziness cocktail that makes. Raised in a small town I eventually escaped to the big city where I had several years of single's satisfaction then met the one guy that would tackle me and make me live happily ever after- even if I fight him the entire way. We are still newlyweds and live in Greenville, SC with our devilishly dramatic Golden Retriever, Lady. When I am not writing I bring home the bacon as a graphic/marketing designer and brand developer.
