By Jennmck48, Sunday, June 5, 2011, 1 commentsWhat's our fascination with vampires? Before the Twlight movies, I wasn't too excited about Vampires. What makes us love them? Is it the romance factor? If vampires really lived would they want to romance us? Probably not! If they all looked like Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson, then heck yeah, bring on da wolves and vampires. It's intriging to see young people (and adults) get so wrapped up in the vampire drama. I have to admit when I watched all of them in one weekend last year I started looking at people funny! Then noticed some people were more pale than others. My boss thought I was losing it! HA!
I was however fascinated like everyone else. I am looking forward to the last movies. I suppose no matter what the escape, it is an escape to see the lives of vampires and wolves and their love they have for Bella. So, I wait for the next ones to be entertained and drawn in like everyone else.

Vampires
I have had a long time weakness for vampire stories. Whenever I have to think about why it's sometimges hard to come up with a definitve answer. Mostly I think it is the seduction factor that seems to cling to vampires even the ugly, hairy-palmed ones like Stoker's Dracula. Of course, the more modern approach with gorgeous guys and gals living and loving forever is a nice twist. I'm especially fond of good guy vampires.
