I'm counting down the hours until I attend the soft opening party tonight for Buckhead Life Restaurant Group's latest venture, Bistro Niko.  Located in the heart of Buckhead in the Sovreign Building, Bistro Niko promises to deliever fantastic French fare in a Parisian chic space.  I attended a private tasting at the restaurant on Saturday and was delighted at the wide variety of delicious menu options and fabulous cocktails.  The servers presented each item in a sophisticated manner that would cause any foodie to swoon.  I have no doubt that Bistro Niko will be a hit this holiday season and beyond.  It is the perfect combination of superb food, drinks, and oh-so-chic ambience.  Bon appetit mes amis!
