About Me: I am the thirteenth great granddaughter of Pocahontas. I love cooking Italian, speaking French, dancing with my mom in the kitchen, writing both creatively and instantaneously, reading pretty much anything I can get my hands on, preferably historical fiction, the great Jane Austen, the Brontes, or also among the more contemporary greats, Sophie Kinsella. I am a first born feminist. I associate one of my earliest memories with the scent of gardenias. I love to hear the swish of my dad jumping rope in the garage, my baby brother chuckling and my sister humming as she eats. When I learn to garden, I will have fields of rosemary and mountains of peonies. Ah, la joie de vivre! I am a great mutt made up of all that I love!
