More about Me: My name is Chyrl. Im a single mother of a faithful old horse I love, a cat I know nothing about and an opinionated, independent, beautiful and strong little girl who is 4 going on 14. She most certainly believes that she has the world by the tail... and I am beginning to believe her! LOL Being a mother changed my life dramatically. I was 37 when I had her and found myself a new mother; in a new city where I knew no one, launching a new business, creating a new life for myself... and doing all of this alone. I was at a crossroads, I had faced real challenges in my life, and from those experiences I knew that adversity was often a blessing in disguise. This was only a building block for what was next in my life. I am a life coach. I have been coaching people to achieve goals in their life for over 20 years. I began coaching as a professional in the horse business, coaching equestrians at a nationally competitive level. From early on in life I was a doer... I set goals and achieved them. I had Olympic aspirations, so most of my life I had a coach of my own. I learned much in those years about getting things done; setting goals, developing a strategy, being accountable and then most importantly... doing it. I found my niche in helping others, its a gift and it comes natural to me. I love to see things grow... that goes for all things in nature... but especially people. Leading a woman of 55, who's children have left home and she feels all alone and lost, on a journey to create something awesome and design whole new life, doing things she always wanted to do and finding a new and inspiring direction and knowing I had something to do with it... that makes me tick!! I love seeing people reach their greatest human potential... its awesome. I love life, living it. I appreciate life and I am full of gratitude. Life makes me smile and it smiles on me. I typically am reading 3 or 4 books at any given time... its simply too much to list and it is an ever evolving list.
I can't live without: Starbucks... I must have coffee in the mornings. My computer... I just got a Mac and I love it. My iPhone, I am so totally technology dependent its ridiculous. My daughter, animals in my life, good friends. My family... they are the best!! And... my clients, they inspire me.
I am most proud of: Being a single mother, business owner, and independent successful woman.
I am most guilty of: Overindulging myself... :-) I believe in the art of extreme self care!!! I treat myself like a princess because then I don't need anyone else to. And besides who else knows better than I what I need, desire and love.
Words I live by: You will do it when it really matters to you... and not a moment before.
The world would be a better place, if only: We took better care of it and ourselves.
Interests: I think the question is what am I not interested in... LOL I have at least a mild interest in most things. My family and friends and spending time with them. I love the outdoors and most activities that take you there... I love to whitewater raft, rock climb, ski - water and snow, I love yoga and running and of late I have become a raw foodie and I am learning the art of preparing downright awesome sinfully delicious raw vegan food. I love horses, dogs, cats... most animals. I enjoy the arts, wine, food, cooking, eating, healthy living, reading, writing, no... not Arithmetic ! I enjoy personal growth and the pursuit of the journey of life.

About Me: I grew up in Pensacola, Florida the overly ambitious and adventurous daughter of the most awesome... but conservative parents... who were constantly threatening I was causing their untimely demise with my adrenaline junkie zest for life. It seems I felt the need for excitement and achievement very early on. My youth was spent riding and competing horses at every given opportunity. I went on to be the apprentice of a world renown Olympic Equestrian and become a professional rider/trainer... living and breathing horses for 15 years. A horse named Trigger was perhaps my first love. :) Aside from my adventurous and competitive nature... I have been passionate my entire life about helping others accomplish their goals and be successful. Seeing someone living life to their fullest potential is something that truly inspires me to greater things in my own life. Being a student of spiritual and personal growth for nearly 20 years now, I have learned that life is not about what is thrown at you, but what you do with it. Several years ago, I found myself at a place in my life where self-discovery and life change was inevitable. I dove into spiritual and personal growth with a voracious appetite. What I learned is that although I was not as “tough” as I thought I was, I am stronger than I ever gave myself credit for. We all are and I truly feel blessed to lead women in a journey to discover their inner strength and truth and become empowered! Life is a journey that carries us through a landscape of emotions and situations, and is filled with more blessings and opportunities than many of us ever realize. Today I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, leader, business owner, animal lover, competitor, tree huger, nutrition nut, vegetarian and life coach... and I am blessed. May you be too...
