The International Risotto Festival takes place at the Houston Design Center October 17 at 2pm. The eighth annual International Risotto Festival pits leading chefs in a spirited competition. The afternoon of food, fun and festivities including showroom tours and exotic cars benefits the University of Houston Hilton College and the Greater Houston Restaurant Association.
