Thinking of You Grandma

My grandm is having surgery this morning to remove the rest of the pancreatic cancer that she has.  She went through the about two months of chemotherapy and radiation, and the tumors shrunk enough for them to go in and try to remove them.  Of course, surgery's always dangerous, and I'm sure it's scary for her having to go under the knife.  It's scary for me, and I'm not even having to deal with it like she is.   I'm keeping her in my thoughts, praying that everything will be okay.  She's strong, I know she'll make it out of this just fine.  But my stomach's been in knots all morning, and I don't think it'll settle down until I hear from my mother that she's in recovery.  So please, keep her in your thoughts my skirt sisters!  As for me, I'm going to clean, it actually makes me feel better and gets my mind off other things.  I'll have to tell my mother she was right about it being therapeutic (sometimes anyway).
