Ghost Rider: Massively Boring

Anybody wanting to see Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance think again because it was terrible.  Not only was the movie supremely boring, there was basically no action, and it was seriously disappointing.  And in most cases the first one is always better than the sequel, and in this case, there was no question that that was the case.  My boyfriend practically fell asleep in the theater, that’s how bad it was.  And I was super excited about it because I remember when it first came out and how much I enjoyed it and hoping they’d come out with a sequel and they never did.  Then here we are five years later with a sequel, and it’s not even on the same level as the first one.  I never knew I could regret paying $4.25 for a movie as much as I did this one.  It was almost as bad as Drive with Ryan Gosling but even that had more action in it than this film.  It was a lot of exposition and planning, not so much doing.  The fighting was minimal at best, and the Ghost Rider looked different than in the first one.  Not as fearsome for one and his bike sucked!  Anyway, I’d say go see Haywire or Underworld Awakening instead.  Don’t waste money on this film; it’s so not worth it.

Happy Monday all!
