About Me: I am a life coach dedicated to women's issues. My workshop: Feed Your Soul, Feed Your Body is an interactive workshop for women with food and body issues. I've also written a play called, Thin Body, Fat Mind that travels to high schools and colleges to bring awareness to young women about the dangers of excessive dieting and self-criticism. I live in New York and am a huge fan of Skirt!
