By Skirt.com, Tuesday, July 19, 2011Ever wonder how artists create their work? Take a break from end-of-the-week tasks and find out!
Odosketch lets you not only create fun online drawings with different tools and colors, but you can view a video of featured works from blank page to completion.
I'm in favor of anything on Friday that helps make 5 o'clock come sooner.

Is This Drink Taken?
By Skirt.com, Sunday, June 19, 2011, 1 commentsYou know the story: you’re at a party, you pour the perfect drink, you set it down to dance or grab some food and suddenly you’re faced with a crowd of cups that all look alike. Forget wine tags and Sharpie pens; sketch your own libation label with Etch-it Party Cups (yes, the same ones Rachael Ray loves!). Use your fingernail or a coin to carve your name or draw a personal Picasso on the “magic” sticker.
And just like that, you’re the life of the party.
Draw the Line
By Skirt.com, Wednesday, September 1, 2010, 1 commentsWe all have an artist somewhere inside of us.
For some of us though, it's tougher to tap into our inner Frida than others. Enter Drawspace.
Free downloadable drawing lessons categorized as beginner, intermediate and advanced. (Ahem, The Muse will be trying the beginner, thank you.) You can choose what subjects you want to sketch—shapes, shoes, even something called a squirkle!
Have you ever seen a bipolar bear before?
By ForIhaveSinned, Wednesday, March 17, 2010, 1 commentsI did this weekend at Sketchworks comedy in Atlanta and it was hysterical.
His dream was just to be part of the Disney Country Bear Jamboree, he even had his ears done, cause a bears gotta do what a bears gotta do, ya know?
Although it's not for the faint of heart, or those easily offended, I would highly reccomend it to anyone. I am in my twenties and very liberal and I went with my mother who is (ahem) not in her twenties and is pretty conservative and we both almost peed our pants.
