Two days after making that statement I purchased a new bikini.
But, you see, I really had abandoned looking for a swimsuit. Finding one that flattered me (as much as a couple of postage stamps held together with string can flatter) was pure chance.

And I’ve actually been doing this. I walk about 4 miles twice a week in the 90+ degree Louisiana heat—so it’s a good, toxin-releasing workout.
Granted, I don’t think I now look GREAT {naked}, but I’m getting toned and trim and I look BETTER.
Or so I thought.
