About Me: Writer, internationalist, housewife. A fan of foreign and true indie films, I also listen to Old Time Radio and Nostalgie France and get the news from Al Jazeera and the BBC. My flash fiction and memoirs have been published in print and online zines since the early 1980s. An excerpt from my memoir A Poet from Hollywood and an excerpt from my soon-to-be-published mystery novel Cold Open are available at my website. My short memoirs In the Cardiology Ward and My Life in Pictures (about my adventures as an actress during the Golden Age of porn) are also forthcoming. Works in progress: A couple of screenplays and The Amanuensis, a novel inspired by the life of Jacques Lusseyran, the blind leader of the French Resistance.
