365 days from now the world might come to a screeching halt. At least that's what the Mayan calendar says. Well, the media says that the Mayan calendar says anyway. My dad would argue that the Mayans just simply got tired of making calendars and December 21 2012 seemed like a far enough date in the future to be a good stopping point. Just like every other media hype, think Y2K, It will be interesting to see what will happen a year from now.
