Pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread, pumpkin seeds. I'm actually a roasted, salted pumpkin-seed-aholic except that as healthy as they are, and loaded with what my brain craves (magnesium, tryptophan) they are high in fat.
