When asked when they met, Charles Rafael rattles off the exact time, day and year his path crossed with Becky Dinstuhl’s. They both clearly met their match. Between the two of them, the energetically joyful couple seems to know just about everyone in the city. He is a retired city school teacher; she is the president of Dinstuhl’s Fine Candies. At the end of the day, you can find them sipping a glass of champagne and enjoying their “first love:” sports. After nearly ten years together the couple made it official and tied the knot. Now after seven years of marriage, they still share an enthusiasm for laughter and romance.

Rebecca: “When you’re around Charles, there is always something happening. He’s a magnet. You can’t help but love him.”

Charles: “From the first time I met Rebecca, I knew she was special just from her smile. She’s always been exciting, like no one other woman I’ve ever met. She can truly do it all.”
