My unemployment
Being Layed off - is a bummer - that is - until you realize there is a feeling of being set free. In a tough economy when a new job does not come easily...you can actually choose to go in the direction of you desires... And I think I did it... once I was able to let go of the fear, and embrace the opportunity....I now volunteer at a yoga studio, I spent the entire summer with my kids - finding cheap creative ways to have fun, planting an organic garden, trying on veganism. I discovered the Public Library (which had totally fallen out of my consciouness). Of course there is the realities of not having an income...but there is the feeling that I am a totally different, happier person than the one who lost her job
