Fast forward

The other two posts I've just put up were from 3 and 4 months ago.  A lot has changed in the intervening months.  The good news is everything is great again, the bad news is the good times don't last forever.

We're going on 17 years.  In all those years I don't even think I can count how many times I've felt those dark feelings.  But there have always been more good times than bad.  Writing about the bad helps in more ways than one.  I get the bennefit of venting, getting my thoughts in order, and later on, reflecting on the moment.  When times are good I come back and, reading the posts, I smile.  We've been through a lot, still have a lot to go through, but when the road gets tough I know there will always be good times just around the corner.
