Words I live by: " You mush be the change you wish to see in the world." - Mahatma Ghandi. I think this is the single most powerful piece of information there is. Everyone can make small changes within herself, and contribute to making a better world, one day at a time.

I can't live without: Aveda's "Be Curly", a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning, and cheese---any type will do!

I am most proud of: Earning my graduate degrees in Counseling and holding out to marrying the man of my dreams.

I am most guilty of: Over-scheduling myself. I'm really trying to get into the Zen of "doing less is more" in my life.

The world would be a better place, if only: People understood how important healthy relationships are; happy spouses make good parents, which in turn raise healthy/happy kids, who can go on to be happy spouses. It's one big circle.

Interests: working with couples and individuals on having happier relationships. Wedding planning, what I did my past life/previous career. Reading, and dancing.
