My favorite possession: my circa 1957 house, which I bought on my own in 2004.

I’m thinking about: shaking things up! I seriously need a new project or passion, and I’ve been pondering what it will be.

I’m inspired by: strong, fabulous, happy women—and I know and love too many to name!
What keeps me awake at night: my caseload
The one item that has changed my life: Jillian Michaels’ 30-Day Shred DVD. I never thought I was the “gym workout” kind of girl—now I know I’m tough and strong, and not just on the yoga mat!
Last major purchase: my Infiniti G35—I love that car more than a person should love a car!

If I could do it all over again: I wouldn’t change a thing! Without my mistakes, how would I have learned all those valuable lessons?
The food I never want to eat again: meat! Haven’t had any (that I know of) since 1992.
