What keeps me awake at night: Nothing! I get up at 3:20 in the morning!

My theme song: “Just Fine”—Mary J. Blige. It’s positive, inspiring, self-affirming AND you can rock it on the treadmill!

If I could do it all over again: I would’ve spoken my mind more earlier on. I was too afraid about what people would think! Now, I’m more comfortable being me.

My favorite body part: My brain!

The food I could eat every day: Salsa! Spicy, versatile, good for you. I love it!

My best friend says I am: A true original.

Something most people don’t know about me: I am very shy when first meeting people.

I still can’t get the hang of: hitting a baseball.

What are you most vain about? My skin. I am a skincare fanatic!


Favorite color and why?: Pink. It’s feminine, pretty, cheerful.

When I grow up, I want to be: still holding hands and laughing with my husband.

Always... remember your situation could always be so much worse. Focus on the blessings in your life. It’s harder to be mean, bitter, and sad when you do that.

Never... speak before thinking about it. Words are very powerful and are hard to take back.
