Jennifer Pickell
By Skirt.com, Wednesday, March 17, 2010I’m thinking about: A high-end fashion show I saw on TV where the designer made dresses that folded up like paper pages into a wearable, hard-back book when they were done.
Words I live by: If it weren’t for the cracks, you couldn’t see the light.
One thing I never want to do again: Drink a cayenne pepper mocha.
My theme song: “December 1963” (Oh What a Night) by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons
My favorite body part: The brain because it is the cause of everything and anything we do—for tasks more simple than we can comprehend or more complex than we would theorize.
If I were a superheroine I would be: Heroine of Home Repair, so that I could undo all the damage I’ve done to various things while, preliminarily, trying to fix/use them in the first place.
The best thing I ever won: A game of musical chairs at Dollywood’s Nickelodeon Studios show, after which I was slimed with pistachio pudding.
I still can’t get the hang of: whistling.
The world would be a better place, if only: People still sent postcards.
The smartest woman I know: Helena Oaks. She’s the best to have around for comedic relief, a paper edited, a shopping consultation, information on our government, an X-Files episode, obscure culinary skills, or advice on what to say to that crazy person who really did just do “that.”
Whose diary would you most like to read? Dr. Jones’s Grail diary.
What do you fear the most? It’s a tie between camel crickets, mayonnaise, and being bored.
